Using Billi
Billi provides wallet, data, airtime, and related payment services. You are responsible for keeping your account, device, and wallet PIN secure and for confirming transaction details before authorizing a purchase.
Transactions
Purchases are processed using the details you submit or confirm. Network availability, provider response times, and plan fulfillment may vary. Where a provider failure is confirmed, Billi may reverse or resolve the affected transaction according to the transaction state.
Account Safety
Do not share wallet PINs, OTPs, passwords, or session access with anyone. Billi will never ask you to disclose your wallet PIN in a chat message.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Billi for fraud, unauthorized access, abusive automation, illegal transactions, or activity that disrupts the service for other users.
